Kathy Wojcik is a Senior Research Associate for the Cancer Surveillance Program of Los Angeles, Department of Population and Public Health Sciences, Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC). Dr. Wojcik completed her PhD in Epidemiology at USC in 2017 followed by NCI T32 postdoctoral training in behavioral sciences and epidemiology in the School of Public Health at the University of Washington and the Public Health Sciences Division at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. She is a cancer epidemiologist specializing in melanoma among adolescents and young adults (AYA; ages 15-39 at diagnosis). She also conducts research on barriers to follow-up care among childhood and AYA cancer survivors, and is developing an intervention to optimize follow-up care for young cancer survivors.
