Ruth Freedman is Chief Institute Administrator at the University of Michigan Molecular & Behavioral Neuroscience Institute. She received her BS in Mathematics from Hofstra University and her MPH in Health Behavior from The City University of New York, School of Public Health. Ms. Freedman is a breast cancer survivor and advocate who leads the University of Michigan Breast Cancer Advocacy and Advisory Committee. She helps lead the program’s engagement of advocates in research activities and facilitates CanSORT involvement in community outreach events such as the annual Breast Cancer Summit.
