Marlie Bartow has been with the University of Michigan, Department of Internal Medicine since 1990, and joined the Division of General Medicine in 1998. Before working in General Medicine, Marlie worked in the Internal Medicine Finance Office and in the Division of Nuclear Medicine. Marlie provides the pre award support for the General Medicine faculty in the CanSORT program and is proud to have been involved with the submission of the P01. In addition to working for the university, Marlie has been married for 27 years and is blessed with one son, who is entering his senior year in high school, and her Golden Retriever, Barkey, who is locally famous for his math solving abilities (YouTube Barkey the Dog!). She is actively involved in her church where she holds the position of Treasurer and Governing Board member. Marlie looks forward to the honor of handling the pre award submission for the renewal P01 and has truly enjoyed being part of the CanSORT team.
