Dawn is the newest member of the team and joined the University of Michigan and General Medicine Division in April 2015 and is providing administrative support to the CanSORT program.  In addition to supporting several key program faculty, Dawn also provides administrative support for the P01 grant, “The Challenges of Individualizing Treatments for Patients with Breast Cancer.”  Dawn previously worked in the Division of Gastroenterology as the fellowship program coordinator for GI, Transplant Hepatology, and Interventional Endoscopy training programs at the University of Michigan.   She previously owned and operated a medical transcription firm for 20+ years working with many major hospitals in the Detroit and surrounding suburbs.   Besides spending time with her husband of 32 years, their daughter and her family, son and his fiancée, in her spare time Dawn enjoys gardening, hiking, zip lining, sky diving, traveling/staying in Northern Michigan on Lake Huron, side photography business, and her newest endeavor of a sweets/confectionery business, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren!
